still up next

Opening and paging through the George Nelson retrospective is like being pulled into a mid century time warp that you hope to never escape.  That's where I've been for awhile but have emerged back into the real world of designing, documenting processes, tweeting, reading . . . doing all the stuff designers do.  But I promise that before sundown I'll share some pics so that you 2 can visit mid century america -- in the ultimate of style.

Up Next George Nelson Retrospective

My recent interior design work on the Arthur T Brown House in Tucson and my 3d Modeling services for a Mid Century Makeover in Milwaukee rekindled my love for George Nelson's work.  I'm excited to report that a copy of this incredible retrospective of his work is on its way to my office and will be reviewed in a week or two.  I'll include lots of pics so you can live vicariously through my reading of this work.

Design Quotes

There's nothing like an inspiration quote to keep me going - perhaps you agree.  I find them in books all the time, highlight them, then often can't find them when I need them  Quotes on Design will solve that problem.  This is a great resource . . . and an interesting one.  Check it out and tweet it!
